When you initially move in to your new mall you will fill out a mall form in your mall office. Here you will be able to tailor your mall. You will be able to call your individual units Suites, Booths or Stores. This is handy for Flea Markets etc. For simplicity we will refer to the individual stores as Suites in the remaining material.

Your New Mall can be an extension of an existing domain name you have or a complete system. If you do not have a domain name to use we can give you free of charge an extension of mall city E.G. mall#.mallcity.org. We will handle all your hosting as well all at one low price. We can handle your DNS entries to properly distribute your regular domain traffic from your new mall domain traffic. There is no special work or expense required by you. DNS makes it possible to have multiple machines running in multiple physical locations using host names under one domain name (e.g. http://HOST.DOMAINNAME.COM). Your current http://www.YOURDOMAIN and http://YOURDOMAIN will be at your current location and http://mall.YOURDOMAIN http://suite###.YOURDOMAIN etc will be located on one of our machines. This will be totally invisible to your leasees. All you need to do is change your name server entries for the domain you are using to:

and give us your current domains IP number.
Its that easy. Or, you can assign NIC handle ID BB2151 to your Technical Contact and we will take care of the rest. We can assist you in this option as well. Our regular price will be $99.00 per month for a 20 store mall. However, during this promotion your cost is only $99.00 $49.95. Thats means your per store cost is less than $2.50 per store. The price you charge is between you and your lessee. As a charter member we will guarantee this price to you until at least April, 2003. Your monthly fee includes hosting, dns, free updates etc. A totally inclusive package. All you need to do is say YES and pay your first months fee to get started.

You can charge any prices you want to your new leasees. All we care is that you pay us on time and follow our policy. Malls come in 20 unit increments starting at $99.00 $49.95 per month. No software to buy. No techs to pay. No Setup fees just $99.00 $49.95 a month. Any number of additional 20 unit mall additions can be added for $49.00 a month per addition. All payments are due by the 1st of the month and considered late on the 5th. Business or personal checks are also accepted. We also encourage suggestions as to how we can provide better service to you and your leasees.
