FAQ's
Q: Why such a long pause between some songs and not others?
A: Transfer rates over the internet and modem speed play a big role in this. We have pre-calculated 500 bytes per second average transfer speed. This will pretty much insure that you will hear the whole song. If you receive transfer faster rates the pause my be longer between loading song files.
Q: When I select a song group, all I see on the screen is the music device. Why?
A: Some browsers open a new browser to play the music. If you put it in the background you will not have any more trouble. (Netscape users hit the down arrow on the upper left hand side of the screen.) We are working on a solution so that this will be transparent to you.
Q: Does the music ever stop?
A: We have looped the programs playing the music so that you will have contant music. You can read the newspaper to music, etc. Their are many selections in each group and more to come.
